I Ching divination is an ancient Chinese divination text – known as the Book of Changes. When one consults the I Ching you build a hexagram of complete or broken lines as indicated by the throw of the coins (or pull of the yarrow sticks). When I consult a client for divination on a specific question, I do both I Ching and Tarot Cards. As in, I draw on the ancient knowledge from the East and the West.
The I Ching would give guidance on the best course of action, but would also indicate what is likely to happen and what circumstances are changing.
