Reiki

Reiki – The word itself refers to universal energy. I have been initiated into Reiki in 2003, and received my Reiki master certificate in 2007. I am a practioner of Mikao Usui traditional form of Reiki, and I find it so beneficial that it has become a way of life for me.

Through Reiki meditation I can help a client to get to a deep sense of relaxation and open her/his ability to balance their vibrational frequency which supports healing. Note – Reiki is not a substitute for medicine; rather is a complementary support that enhances the healing journey by reducing stress.

Reiki can be used to support mental strength and reduce stress in situations like examinations, big meetings, interviews and other high stress situations.

Since, I have done all levels of Reiki training, I don’t need to do a hands-on treatment. I would do the meditation over a 40 min zoom call, and use calming meditation technique and distance Reiki healing intentions.
